I think main road is 12ft (may be 14 not sure) but to the land is 10 ft. land is located close to deuba's house.

Recently, my sister brought some land in Bhaktapur. She spent 60 lakhs and got land worth of 15 lakhs i would say and the land is sloped not plain, on top of it moyeni haq legeko jagga. My mom went to do jagga paas and she found out that. We did not even tell sister that. The money was already given and there is nothing we could do about it.  Hoping someday it would worth that much :) Things to remember; Do not wire money directly to the broker. Wire it to your family. Involve your family in the deal. Before you buy land, things to investigate: 1. If moyeni haq lageko jagga ho ki hoina i.e. if it's on conflict 2. Is it plain level or hill? 3. Does it worth that much? The personal claiming to be seller, does he really have the real lalpurza? I would not sell the land unless somebody physically visit the site, meet my parents and verify the paper works including lalpurga. it may take couple of hours to verify the paperwork at NAPI (malpot office) which everybody should do these days before buying land/houses in Nepal
