Hey guys i m in opt right now and unemployed. My opt expires on may 2014. I am trying to file I-30 and I-485 together through my wife. We got married this month. We know we need to find the jobs within 3 months of opt starts. Since i am not working right now and got married, does it raise the red flag to USCIS . We were together since one year.When is the best time to file ? Pls give me some suggestions.
