Hi Friends, I am in Green Card and my wife is in OPT period. Please suggest me what forms to start with and how long it might take to complete the process. I have tentative idea about I 130, but any other form that I need to file beside form I 130, what is the next step? What is the entire procedure? How do I get notified for the second step and so on. Can we request for travel authorization? If yes, when? Any guidance is appreciated.
