Hi guys, I am in big dilemma and would appreciate if you could give me any suggestion. I came to the US more than 9 years ago for my undergrad. when I was of khelne khane umerko, I started working long hours (so obviously I am already too tired and don't have any energy as I had before). I thought I could do something in the field of personal genomics in nepal, so I did my MS in the same field with several publications. Currently, i am a PhD student in computational biology/personal genomics and looks like my project is going to go on for another six years at the least. This had been the case for my seniors in the the department. I am already getting old, way too tired and also missing my family badly. I am also realising that there is not much one could do in this field in Nepal other than teach more wannabe-biologists and help them caught with career frustrations later in life like myself. This is why I am planning to drop everything and go to Nepal. I am planning to start some small businesses and live with my family happily. I already lost my youth and adulthood in a mere hope to become this something when we don't need much in life to stay happy. Last time I saw one posting about bakhra palan in nepal and that was something appealing too. I don't know how things are in Nepal, i think people like me are already 'na yata ko na utako'... I don't know exactly what i should be doing and i am really frustrated. Can you guys suggest me what i should do now? Can't think a bit...bakhra palne ki kukhura palne??
