I came to US a year ago with DV visa.I want to sponser my Gf ( 3.5 yrs long) to bring her to US.I went to my home country for CDO marriage they denied because her age was 19 according to her birth certificate and they need exact 20 for that.So I just went to ward office and got marriage registration cert.Everything is  according to consent of our parents though we pretended like eloping.We are not doing full marriage as we want to go to US first and marry later in better way.Now I am thinking that may be i will get i-130 approved by the marriage registration certificate but when it comes to interview they will need proof of bonafide marriage (jagge pictures,traditional marriage pictures).If I show them some elopment pictures from temple will they grant visa and what If they deny it.I am confused whether to file petition now or wait again a year and get married in traditional way and then apply.It will increase the time for whole process.What I am doing is not for immigration  benefits I just want to be with her as soon as possible.Has anyone done this?
