Hello Sajha frens I have a question regarding H-1 B visa sponsership. I just get hired in a Laboratory as a technician in one of the E-verified Hospital. Before taking Job I inquire about sponsoring me down the road from F1 status to H1 status. They said they are happy to write the letters from the department but they cannot provide the money which is I believe its $500 filling fees and $325 for Department of labor. I said I don't mind putting that much money if they are willing to do my H1. But legally I cannot pay that much money and The department cannot use NIH Grant money to sponsor me. I am just wondering if any of guys have been in same boat and how did you get through it. They also told me that I don't have to wait until beginning of march and I can apply anytime during the year as its not capped salary basis. I am not paid "capped salary".
