In my understanding, if you decided not to pay a single penny out of 200K, all you lose is your credit history. That's it. And in future no financial institute will grant you any kind of loan. I don't think bank can sue you or take legal action for not paying back the credit card debt. All they can do is send to debt collector. The bank issues the credit card on their own risk for making money..... NOTE: I am not legal/ professional advisor... ani don't think I am encouraging you or anyone not to pay credit card debt.....I am just sharing aafu lai tha vako kura...

Thanks guys. Ny2, there is no such thing like god or karma. I would rather spend that money on poor nepali kids than have good karma of bank lai nathugne. I beleive in morality, not in karma. America ko paisa pachhaunai par ha nepali le.
