2x2 same as you would take for DV photos. Just go to Walmart/Sam's and ask for passport photo. They will help you with that! Cost around 6-7 $

You dont need to send any pics! you get your pic taken at finger print !!!!

no, you need to send 2 PP size picture, if you need EAD. just send pic to be on safe side rather than they send back the application
