I see gas stations in Baltimore for sale around 25 K to 40 K which is very reasonable. Places like Baltimore County, MD has these stores on sale. May be the place is not safe or what? I have heard people getting killed in Baltimore robberies. Is that the reason why they selling the C stores at very low prices? Anybody know anything, please say something.
