अव्यकता एव येन्तस्तु स्फुटा एव च ये बहि: । कल्पिता एव ते सर्वे विशेषइस्तित्वन्द्रियाअन्तरे । । १५ । । Those that exist within the mind (as mere subjective imaginations) and are known as the unmanifested as well as those that exist without in a manifested form (as perceived objects) - all are mere imaginations, the difference lying only in the sense-organs (by means of which the latter are cognized). I feel sorry for the stupidity of Nepali people. They are wasting their time for no apparent reason. What are they fighting for? A Tharu province? A Hindu nation? First of all we need to understand that there is no such thing as material universe. There is no material at the very first place to create a solid universe. The solid Earth that we experience in our waking state is merely a play of consciousness. There is no solidity here. In the supreme metaphysical reality, real is considered only to THAT which is present all the time unchanging. Everything else is merely an imagination. Real can never become unreal and unreal can never become Real. For example, when you walk in a dark street, it may appear that you saw a snake, but upon going closer you realize that it was not a snake but a piece of rope. It was rope all the time. The rope never became snake. However, your mind imagined that rope was a snake and you started jumping to protect yourself from that snake which didn't even exist in reality. This world is like a snake on a rope, a false superimposition caused due to the ignorance of true nature of things. There was a time when there was no Nepal. There will come a time when there will be no Nepal (Because where there is birth, there will be death also. Nepal was born in time, so it will also die in time). Also, when Nepal dies it also brings death to all that is associated with Nepal. For example, a pot cannot exit without clay but clay can appear anything it likes. Pot (shape) do not have independent existent but is dependent on clay for its existence. Nepal is also like a pot. Nepal is merely a sound that is imagined in the mind. When mind collapse, Nepal automatically collapse. That which doesn't exist in the beginning, that which don't exist at the end also doesn't exist in the middle whatsoever. Nepal exist right now only in the middle which is like non-existence from the absolute standpoint of reality. What is the use of such existence? It is a dream, a mere imagination of the mind. Dream exist in the middle (There is mind in the beginning, there is dream in the middle which is experienced as real for the time, and at the end when dream collapse mind alone will be at the end). In a similar way, Tharu is merely a sound which doesn't have any corresponding reality. Who can describe the real nature of Tharu? What does this word Tharu means? And what is Hindu? Hindu is also a word that do not have any corresponding reality. All these words become gibberish if the cognizer (mind) stops giving meaning to these words. When you realize this universe exist in a dream, how should you live? Silence alone is real which is all peaceful like Pure Space. Detonate the most powerful atom bomb made by ego-bound humans, Space will not be affected by it. Space transcends all activities. Similarly, Nepali needs to transcends all these ethnic superimposition on them which is falsely imagined by the mind, and be at peace for the shake of peace. Peace alone is real. Om Tat Sat. Hari Om.

Mind makes things appear far more solid or graspable than they really are by simple act of labeling and giving value to things. And, when we try to find the solidity or graspability of these mental formations, we cant find any because the mind itself has no independent existence. Mind is a continuously interactive and interdependent process rather than a static and a solid entity. You are welcome @ujl @magorkhe1 To provide a background on प्रज्ञा पारमिता हृदय सूत्रम्, this sutra is a sermon given by Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara (also widely known as Bodhisattva of compassion) to Shariputra (purported to be the most intelligent disciple of the Buddha). In the sermon, Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara explains at least three big concepts to Sariputra. 1 Interdependence : Meaning a thing can comes into existence only when all underlying causes and conditions come together and form a whole. Our mind cognizes or perceives and labels that whole as 'a thing' when our mind interacts with it. In short, existence of anything is a highly interdependent process. 2 Emptiness or the inherent emptiness of all phenomenon : Building on the notion of interdependence, the notion of emptiness takes it one step further. It basically says, because existence of anything is a highly interdependent process, everything we experience in the world are highly subjective experiences. Things don't impart or impose any meanings on us on its own. Only when our mind interacts with 'a thing' we assign a particular meaning (or a label) to that thing but so often we presume that things are radiating a particular meaning independent of our mind's interaction with 'things.' 3 Conventional reality (relative truth) and Ultimate reality (ultimate truth), collectively known as Two Truths : The conventional reality is the reality we can sense with our senses in every moment of our everyday life or worldly existence. Ultimate Reality is the inherent emptiness of all phenomenon. The motivation of this sermon (it seems) was to encourage people to re-examine reality to see how much we are mired in anger, rage, delusion, dissatisfaction that brings us suffering largely out of assumption that we are somehow not a part of these highly interdependent processes. This a very short explanation of प्रज्ञा पारमिता हृदय सूत्रम् based on my probably incomplete knowledge. Guy Newland is probably one of best teachers who can interpret प्रज्ञा पारमिता हृदय सूत्रम् in plain words, at least in my view. His interpretations are largely based on writings and commentaries of various pandits of Nalanda University. (Skip to 9:10 in the video to go to teaching on Emptiness).
