how about dual wife? one back in USA and the other in Naya Nepal?

Sojho aartha maa bhanda Yo nrn card ho tara one can have almost equal rights in all aspects except politics and vote compared to nepali citizen.

This is not a Nrn card, this is a full citizenship that grants you passport , only that you won't have voting rights. NRN card was already implemented , there was no need to fight for it. The only disturbing thing is they have used words" maybe" , so hope they won't cheat us the right to bear Nepali passport and living in Nepal and owning properties without any discrimination. Only the coming days can tell us the hidden agenda behind those maybes they have used.
