I have applied to KPMG in Dallas TX for a QA position. The requirements match my skills and experience, as I have more than 3 years of experience working in the field. Currently I am located in the West Coast working as a full time QA for another Big 4 company and now want to move to somewhere else. I am sure there are Nepalese working for KPMG across the US, so I need to get employee referrals. I can demonstrate that the skills match my qualifications, but we all know internal employee referrals goes a long way in getting any full time positions.
