Sunshinee16, that sounds strange. I was a university of Oklahoma alumnus and never heard about the deposit before. I hope you're not falling into some sort of scam or something. There are lots of Nepalese there who can help if you need any information. PM me if you need any info.

Also UCO does not offer much scholarship and most of the students tranfer to the community college named Oklahoma City Community College OCCC which is also pretty much expensive compared to other colleges in Texas. If you're a freshman then I would suggest to move out of there and go anywhere in Minnesota or Louisiana which instate tuition to international students.
