A girl who has a BN nursing degree from Nepal after PCL Nursing (+ couple years of work experience after each level) wants to find out the process of obtaining a RN license in the US (specifically, Colorado). Can someone with the knowledge on this matter please help with a few specific questions- 1. Would having a BN degree vs. B.Sc Nursing cause any issues in CO or any other states? 2. I understand that foreign credentials need to be verified before applying to the state board for an approval for NCLEX-RN exams. Would any credential verifying agency not recognize/endorse BN vs. B.Sc.? 3. Can the state board ask the individual with BN from Nepal to join US BSN program to be eligible for RN license?
