Bonjour Everyone I am studying biochemistry in 3rd semester in central Michigan.My GPA IS 3.2 nd I am planning to change in civil Engineering in Fall semester. I am planning to move in different state i) Should I do that?ii)If so,would you please recommend me good AND AFFORDABLE university .it's more better if I get scholarship and also I could find part time as well.I highly appreciate for good suggestions. Nani99, Texas also has some good civil engineering schools and it might be easier to get instate tuition. Usually when you meet a certain threshold like if you get $1000 in other scholarships your tuition becomes instate. At least this was true for UT. I would suggest that you do some research on UT systems and see if you like anything.
