So, I have this business that I built (small biz one man show) in the last 5 years. Every year the business has grown in sales and rent remains the same. Overall it's fair living. You can ask me anything except what business I do...Sorry but that's not relevant here..And hope you'll understand.  Had contacted a very good location and someone from that place is interested to let me come and do business in their location... I'm optimistic that if I move to the new city, the business will do well because of how good the location is etc. (very protected spot from competition like some mall biz with the clause that nobody else can do the same biz at the location and it is long term with fair rent) What should I do...since in my current business, sales are likely to go up this year. Sales has gone up every year in the last 5 years in the current business. Again it's one man biz for now. I may need 1 more help but for now its just me (at current location)... New location is 1500 miles away... What should I do... 1. Should I hire someone at current location and go to the new one and operate business? 2. Should I lease the current location to an experienced business operator for some profit they can make so that they will hopefully make sure business runs smoothly (someone with high yelp ranking are generally good at work and character)... 3. I can't sell this business as the lease is only year to year but I've been given assurance that they will not kick me out. So, this part is just FYI.. 4. Or should I just shut down this place even though, sales are likely to go up this year and may be next year too..because of how things are happening in current location. Basically more people are moving in near current biz who are likely to use the business..So shutting down would be not a good idea 5. Should I hire someone here temporarily, go to the new location, sign a long term lease at the new location, either hire someone or partner with local competitor and let them run the business for some commission? 6. In reality, I want to leave the current city and move somewhere else.....so I want towards moving out of here, sooner or later... Ok my english expression or writing is so so..not that good..but i work good...I've found in the last 5 years...and that's all that matters in this country...or everywhere..so if you don't understand my situation in the way I'm writing, please ask me and I'll try to answer..but these are my situation.....The new place will likely make me good income...but I don't know anyone there...yet. The current place will also continue to make me money as long as the lease keeps getting renewed every year....Even if the lease expires...I've found some other good locations in current city where I can open same business....if I decide to stay here...I can stay here as long as I want to..comfortably..that is what I've figured..but I really don't want to stay in this city...tehi ho question..etc Thanks for reading ra...Will see if I see any response and what you'll think...thanks Once again -- You can ask me anything except what business I do...Sorry but that's not relevant here..And hope you'll understand.
