Boeing deploying software upgrades for planes involved in fatal crashes There's something called the Stockholm Syndrome where the hostages start to trust and have affection for their captors. So any time someone questions the captors the hostages start to be defensive for the captors. The same way, anytime someone questions the establishment, there will be hoards of stockholm syndrome folks who will show their misplaced loyalty. For this you cannot blame them. Coming back to the Boeing software upgrade, what this shows is that Boeing did not do their due diligence with their software before releasing their planes to the public thus putting thousands at risk. What makes Boeing able to release these planes without doing enough study? Perhaps billions of $$$ profit have something to do with it?
