I dont Know i am bit confuse, i called to one of Tori so called Nepali lawyer and he says "you can apply AP and EAD but i dont advice to travel"

I applied for advance parole document, it says valid till june 24,2019!

Federal notice nai publish bhako chaina so probably people who applied today or a little early the valid date may come up as june 24th, 2019!

I think we should wait until federal notice is released. Applying right now might not be a good idea. Federal notice should be out within a week.

It takes 3-4 months to get AP approved. If you apply today it won't get approved by 6/24 but may get approved let's say in July August. So they won't definitely send you AP date ending in 6/24 in August. Go ahead and apply if you're planning to travel Nepal like in dashai or something. Last edited: 03-May-19 04:12 PM

Any one have any idea when the federal registrar notice could get updated. I have decided not to apply to EAD. I would just show the registrar notice to my HR.....
