I was going through Setopati news today morning and stumble upon a news which mention that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Puspa Kamal Dahal a.k.a "Prachanda" had agreement on ruling Nepal Government on equal time basis (For example, 2 years for Oli and 2 years for Prachanda). Is this even allowed by Nepal constitution?
