My EAD has been pending and need to renew DL ASAP. .. has anyone renewed their DL using pending i485 receipt ? , Saw this for applicant of AOS under the dps texas website , it says : "Immigration documentation with an alien number or I-94 number This can include but is not limited to a form I-797 indicating pending I-485 or pending application for adjustment of status.
