I am recently married and do not have much evidence other than marriage certificate and photos so what other kind of evidence I can submit?

On separate note if one is out of status before the TPS can he adjust status based on marriage to greencard holder? Or he has to wait until she becomes US Citizen.

You can submit following documents (if applicable): - Joint Bank statement - Joint Apartment/house Lease - Joint Vehicle insurance - Any shared assets like Car, Land, or any property with your and your spouse's name on docs - Medical/Dental insurance if spouse is dependent - Utilities bill/Bank statement issued on physical addresses that both of you share together - Honeymoon pictures or travel pictures together - Affidavit of your legit marriage by family, friends and relatives (I heard, Normally, this is only required in cases when IO doubt the marriage)
