मलाई एउटा कुरा बुझ्न थियो. म आइले F1 status मा with TPS . I am soon graduating in Masters in december. My question is should i take F1 EAD work permit ?, currently ma TPS ko EAD ma kam garirachu . The reason F1 EAD lina ma interested vako kinaki mero graduation 2019 ma hunda after my graduation without EAD from F1 i am worried if I become out of status. I would recommend taking F1 EAD and work under that EAD. It will save you SSN and Medicare from your paycheck. But be careful if your current employer will accept F1 EAD or not as well because some employer they do not. But just to be on safe side get OPT EAD. Keep TPS as fallback plan. But someone else could enlighten on timeline for restatement if TPS ends and have to go back to F1.

Apply for opt EAD so your status carries over. Work on the opt EAD so when you get sponsored for h1/gc you won't have any issues. In the mean time tps EAD will be your backup in case things don't work out.
