Generally when you share a webpage in twitter or facebook, they show you the page title in summary. But today twitter went far and beyond their regular censorship method and practically stepped into deceitful territory by actually changing the summary shown to a totally different statement than that of the shared page. From “Denies recanting ballot tampering “ to convenient media narrative of “Richard Hopkins recants ballot tampering ...“ The deceit is unnerving.    Nowhere in the source of the washingtontimes.com page can you see that sentence that twitter is misrepresenting as the title.
