I am really glad you asked this question thus giving me a chance to clarify why a certain person was banned. I believe in freedom of speech but alas there is a limitation to every freedom. For example if someone comes outside your house and calls you - or your family members bad names without any kind of truth in it, then you cannot just allow that person to keep shouting out all those false stuff! You have to either call security, call the police or you may even have to kick the shit out of that person for being an ass. Would you tolerate that kind of nonsense because you support freedom of speech? That person may not be mentally fit and may actually need to be put in a mental asylum. Similarly, every once in a while some users come to sajha and start showing traits of mental instability or they come to sajha to show complete disrespect to *known* individuals because they think they can get away with anything using an anonymous username. Also, we have had fair visitations from people who exhibit serious mental issues. As an admin, I could choose to ignore these people and say let them practice freedom of speech. But the issue is I don't want their utter lack of respect or disdain for common decency to affect the well being of the sajha community as a whole. So every once in a while I have to take action although reluctantly, but in order to not have our visitors to have to go through someone's utter BS. In the past I used to ignore this kind of stuff but over time I have realized that - ignoring that kind of posts negatively effects the viewership and well being of sajha. You asked of PandeyJi. Here is why he was banned. His behavior was increasingly become abnormal and he was beginning to post utter nonsense. He got banned out of respect for the people that visit this website. I appreciate you calling me for my word on freedom of speech. Yeah its understandable ...its not possible for one admin to go into each threads and figure out who is saying things to whom ...maybe thas why the now शहिद pandeyji was trying to make a point to you ...by saying द things इन सिमिलर language some users have been doing here for sometime ...its not pointed to anyone but in general Also maybe the now शहिद pandeyji was trying to tell to you why your site was banned from fb whom you tried to compare with communism vs freedom. Sajha was banned because of mental people like pandeyji who did not used to get banned from sajha in the name of freedom of speech. Hope I have now made it clear for you.

Not sure if Im naive or admin जिउ इस ...only concern here is ok its fair to ban pandeyji but why not start banning every single one who uses such kind of language here ...कसैलाई काखा अनि कसैलाई पख गर्ने प्रवृति माथि मात्रै question ho yo Simple example: (did not use the username since dont want him to be shaheed too if its not fair to everyone) This kind of behavior is seen in this website in a daily basis and if admin bans all of them then it would be fair to all.

Jack_sparrow, I would like you to ask Neo Sir about those 'particular' members of Sajha, who have invented multiple names and ids and have been carrying out multiple personalities through them. Especially one where they are acting like 'Ram' and the other when they are acting like 'Rawan' and challenging our sanity. Is it again a case of freedom of speech or some biased approach prevalent?

Bennedict, Since you are long time user of this website, why dont you take a initiative on this one? Why not help admin जिउ , give him name of all the users who use such language here and hopefully Admin jiu will ban them all and be fair Only problem, I see here is sometimes its not only due to users, but the unwillingness of Admin to ban on sight for such users. This reluctance has led this site to be like this and anyone who comes new to this site thinks its the standard here to talk like this and follows the same way. Another problem, if Admin jiu bravely bans all such users on sight, he will lose 75% of users base in this site. That means less viewership that correlates to no one will watch these ads all over the places hanging like cherry blossom festival in wasington....

Jack_sparrow, I am nobody to keep track of people who are using foul language or abusing some family members, and besides I have a lot going on in my life already. I think Admin has already made it clear in his earlier posts that he appreciates and welcomes every kind of opinions and dispositions of Sajha members without really going over the edge, but then what is the limit and what is acceptable and what is not, I do not know. You must have noticed I have vented out my frustrations time and again through my poetry and what not, but that is all I can do, voice some of my feeble cries, but snitching on people I know or may not know, I do not think that is my job. What I was concerned about was the issues surrounding the multiple characters created by the same person and then the obvious dramas that have been going on in this place for the longest time possible. I seriously express my displeasure here about the inaction from the admin to this culture. Reading up on your comments again I do not feel you are genuine with what you have been writing. Why are you supporting Pandeyji so much? What relationship do you share with him? I have never seen you having any conversation with him as such. Banning on sight? Who are you hinting at? Cheers!

Another question why were all this anynomous id granted at first place? Was it not to increase the flow the traaffic of your website and increase the revenue of your website? Everyone knows everyone has multiple ids here maybe exception of very few. Who knows admin himself might have 10 ida but we cant track it can we. but the admin chose this to cherrypick this scenario and make a example out of it rather than addressing the other issues his site has KUDOS First you lure the users in the name of anomonisity for  your profits now you are trying to expose them as per your ego fits.
