Firstly, I want to tell that it's not that I had lots of friends in the past or even any friends at all(For instance, I had to sit alone at last seat in whole semester because nobody wanted to sit with me-although I had friends who talked with me), that I'm alone because my friends are going abroad. NO. I feel alone because most of IT students in general are moving abroad. It makes me alone, really fucking alone. I can't move abroad due to not knowing how to drive and I'm yet to find a country with good IT culture/life and no need to drive yourself. But this alone feeling hurts. Just graduated. No depression pills advice PLS, pill helps but life's hard and you can't escape it. Pill make me chill(I'm taking them as well, I'm controlled just because of pills, 1 hr late w/o pill and I tremble). No doubt, but I've to talk, to express this. I'm fkin sad. A huge brain of Nepal are moving abroad. I'm staying here not because I'm doing something for country, but because I'm useless piece of shit. I just graduated. Just. And already, 99% of the top students are either flying or planning to fly within short duration. I feel sad, really sad. I am scared of the miserable life that I've to live in Nepal due to my social anxiety and worst social and leadership skills. I had/have a dream. Many dreams. FFS. I'm fcked by such a stupid looking thing. Pls tell me, will my life forever be like this? I see no point of living in this misery. Last edited: 29-Sep-22 10:16 AM Last edited: 29-Sep-22 11:20 AM

I have hard time believing this guy has a genuine problem. Is this for real or just for some cheap way to attention? If you are genuine with your issues, the only advice I can give you is first look inside of you not outside. Look what you want to do than what other people around you are doing. You have been sulking about living in Nepal, how miserable your life situations are in Nepal, how much social anxiety is bothering you bla bla. But you need to keep busy, stop thinking so much man! Try some Yoga for crying out loud. Stop being such a wuss. If I ever feel you have been honest with your situations, may be I will tell you some other stories of mine, but for now, I am still not buying your shit!

Of course a real problem that might even sound stupid to many. That's what mental health is all about. Your comment is really insensitive, I hope your family members get some problems so that you can be more empathetic towards such people. Or maybe educate yourself. You gain nth by looking inside or outside. I'm not seeking for solutions actively by asking on sajha or any forum. No forum can solve this problem. Only way is to go and do what I'm afraid of. I won't be surprised if my social anxiety and lack of confidence gets cured once I face my fear. Yoga etc are bullshit once you've terrible issue, they help for concentration and focus to those who're normal. Please don't be insensitive and reply this stupid thing to anybody else.

Dude, this time again, you are answering your own question. Really? What is this all about? Then face your fear yourself. Who and what is stopping you? BTW I know exactly how it feels having antidepressant pills. You think everyone here has an easy ride in life? Come on, get out of that bubble bro. Yoga has been there forever I don't know for how many thousand years. There is something about it that's why it is there, I don't need to give you a speech on it now, do I? You are just aggrandizing your problem and it won't help anybody. I do know the importance of mental health, yes and that is why I know how to keep my mind busy and positive, but in your case looks like you are in some different zone of denial...
