I am a Nepali Citizen and have a green card. I am traveling to Nepal this summer and planning to visit Dubai since I have 13 hours transit. Can I get the transit visa on arrival or need to get it before travel ? Thank you !

Back when I travelled in 2016 I got the visa online applying through my relative in UAE. Good luck.
