Hello guys, Could anyone provide insights on how background checks are conducted for IT jobs? Previously, I worked through IT consultancies. But now, I have applied for full-time positions at some reputable companies. I have gone through multiple rounds of interviews; however, in my resume, I listed the end client name for my previous engagements and, in some cases, I may have exaggerated the length of employment. What could potentially happen in such scenarios? Is there anyway to resolve issues when there is red flags during background check?
