Do any guys know the Best Consultancy for H1 sponsorship in USA and Job placement. It might be a third party company too. Looking for your kind and enlightening suggest please.

There is no such thing as best consultancy for placement. All the consulting companies will sponsor. Different consulting companies have different rates though, and that totally depends on individual basis. I would personally recommend you go with the direct vendor instead of third party consultancies if you are a genuine candidate. You will get much better pay, and it will reduce the chance to get RFE.
