Trump Admin is pushing the boundaries every day. They rejected federal judge's order and continuing with the deportation flight. Is this a constitutional crisis? Don't expect the TPS for Nepal to last longer even with the judiciary intervention this time. Looks like this admin will not let judiciary stop them whether legally or illegally. Judiciary's option is limited even though they are said to be equal compared to executive. They cannot even held anyone in criminal contempt of the court if the DOJ do not bring the case forward.
