Hi everyone, I spoke with Lawyer Keshab Ji, and given the current environment, he mentioned that TPS might get terminated soon. He suggested to switching to F-1 status. I would like to ask anyone here who has successfully changed their status from TPS to F-1 using Form I-539. I'm also looking to utilize premium processing (Form I-907) and would like to know if USCIS is currently approving applications for the change of status, as it is a costly process. Did you file through a lawyer, or did you complete the application on your own? I would greatly appreciate any insights from those who have gone through this process. Thank you in advance!

I applied for premium processing to get the decision in about a week. They denied, and now I am down 3K. Khoi ke garne ho ? Kasilali TPS to f1 approve case thaha cha bhane share garenu.

I am thinking to apply regular to apply I -539 so that I can get more time. But chance nai chaina bhanke kina garne.I have already one master and trying to apply for second master. Khai k garne garne. I-290B like appeal garyou bhane kehi samaya lai lingering huncha ki tapahiko case ma? I saw on internet. so that you can find more options. Do you know any reliable lawyer? How is Mr. Sedahi? Did he give you wrong information or tps to f1 rule change recently. Further lawsuit bhayera extension hune chance cha ra ?

After TPS pani bechna milcha. Don't spread false rumors. USA ma ghar bechna aafu ya huna pardaina. COVID ko time ma low interest and price badhnu bhanda agadi kineka haruko ramrai paisa firta aaucha. Nachaine kura ko halla failaunu bhanda just take care of your life. Fancy gadi chadhyo ta talai kina daha lageko? Gadi ma yesai ni purai paisa firta aaudaina. 2-4 hajar loss bho hola. Taile chadhna sakdainas bhanera aru ko daha garya ta holas ni!
