all depends on location, seattle houses has bidding war and selling equal or above the listing price. All depends on job market by location

It rains everyday in that place . Amazon has its headquater there thats why the real estate is insane there . I went there to visit ma mama there and it rained every single day .

30% in bay area seems next to impossible . it has only 5% decline . all part of Florida, most part of Arizona , Texas, Colorado etc. hitting hardest .
