I applied Canadian PR under skilled worker category on Sep. 08. Later I found that they change the policy on Feb 08. I receive the letter on Jan 09 from the Canadian consulate office saying that they will review my application and let me know. I lost part of  the copy of my application which asked for NOC catagory. now I am not sure which NOC category I put; it is most probably something related to scientific and biomedical research . I have  USA exampt H1b. My spouse hold RN licence from california board of registered nurse but she is not the principle applicant. Do you guys think my application will approved on the changed rule? thanks in advance for valuable thought  and any experience if you have in this thread.
