Briefly, it's a very convenient location for Indian/Chinese groceries shop (3 minutes walk able distance), NJ transit bus stop (in front of apt.).  I m professional, very neat and clean, looking for one person to share single bed apartment (altogether 2 people). Either gender is welcome. Monthly rent is $ 450 per month plus utilities actual on sharing basis. One month rent in advance.
