aite, let me be that smartass here. equation 1: she gets GC, you get money (this was your proposal) equation 2. by marrying, i suppose you want to nail the girl (unless you are homo, which takes us to corollary 1, see below) subtract equation 2 from 1: result: you get money and sex while she gets just the GC. your argument from the result: well, she too gets to screw me...so it's again give and take...i see no problem there! my counter-argument: what if she is a lesbian and simply wants the GC and not your wee-wee? then, you present the following: corollary 1: bottom line is, i need money. i am ready to marry a guy with lotsa money who wants GC desperately. but please, no sex. deviation from corollary 1: wait a sec, is the marriage (between gays/guys) legal? will he get the GC once we get married? because see, i am an honest man and i do not want to take his money while he gets no GC. solution: yes sir. go to MA, CT, IA, ME, NH, VT after certain dates (google it) and it can be/will be legalized. walla! there you go! you have money, and he has the GC. just pray that he won't tell anyone in Nepal about it. oh, and get a divorce as soon as you get the money. :) cheers! just for fun guys, not trying to taunt the thread starter or anyone. i'm bored! If you are not joking, I see the following consequences (the order may be slightly different): 1) someone reports your posting to ICE (hope you know what ICE stands for) 2) ICE tracks you (through email address, isp, usename, and 1000 other sources) 3) ICE charges you with the following:                    a) wire fraud - fraud over internet                    b) money laundering - since money is involved in your proposal                    c) prostitution (sex and money involved in the same transaction)                    d) lying to fed (unless the USCIS pre-approved of your GC being used for prostitution)                    e) racketeering (running a one-man ring to sell GC for sex and money)                     f) several other charges (which are beyond my accounting knowledge) 4) you get at least 30 years (5 year for each count) behind bar and $1.5 million (250 k for each count) fine 5) You get enough free sex (from behind of course --lol) 6) You never see Nepal again (think about the HIV due to # 5 above) Just giving you my smart-EST heroic n devine comments (in your own words).
