My I-140 (filed under EB3) is "in suspense" and the USCIS is asking for the evidence of 3 years of work experience. I do have almost 4 yrs of work experience only on the single project that I am still working. During these 4 yrs, I transfered my H1-B from company A to company B. The company B gave me a different job title for the same project and filed my H1-B, Labor and I-140 now. The problem is I have only been with the new company for last 1.5 yrs, but the USCIS is specifically asking for 3 yrs of work experience under the new title. Would it be a problem just because my job title was changed even though my job description and responsibilities are exactly the same? Please let me know if anyone been in a similar situation like mine.
