My one friend is suspended from college since he got less than 2 gpa in 3 semester. he is now maintaining his F1 status by enrolling languages classes. his girlfriend is still in college with gud status. so Can he marry his gf and remain here is US as Dependent ? Does somebody has idea about this? Unfortunately they are both on under-graduate program in community college. Note: i know he is screwed up Jack*** , so i need suggestion rather than words scolding him.

I think he can apply as dependent even though his gf is still undergrad and in community college. I have seen one of my fren doing it.

Poor girl. Kasto dharma sankat. Bihe nagaru ta BF will be sent back home garu ta have to spent the rest of her life with this looser who may not be able to provide for her and their kids. I think the Girl needs to think real hard about her Future with this guy. If you truly are their real friend tell them they should not make the mistake of getting married just because he is in verge of deportation. Find some other solution.
