My roommate moved out so I am looking for a new roommate to move in from the start of March. We live in a 3 bedroom house, I have 3 other roommates. We all go to school here and are from Nepal. College kids, we like to stay up late. The room is furnished and is pretty big; it is the biggest room in the house. Rent is 375 per month excluding gas and electricity. No sort of negotiation allowed. We do not have much to steal from the house but i will still ask for a months worth REFUNDABLE security deposit as you will be a complete stranger and its hard to trust people here. I am only renting the room as I wont be able to pay the rent myself. Remember you are not getting a room by yourself, you will be SHARING the room. We do not discriminate, hence people of all sorts of gender, race and sexual orientation are eligible.
