My friend was caught selling cigarette to a minor three years ago, and was working without using SSN. He went to court and Judge dismissed his case at the spot. He graduated and worked in educational organization for couple of months. When they checked his background at the university , they did not say anything about the case. Now he isin F1 status. Will the record be still active in the system, in UCIS or in any other system or where would be the record stores. What happens at POE, will the officer be able to find the case punching SSN, next thing is how to file asylum at POE, if you do not have not have a lawyer. How to contact lawyer at POE.
