advantage: sooner or later, you will get job they will sponsor your H1 /opt extension disadvantage: would be really hard to handle interview since you will have resume wth 5-6 years of experience you will get your ass whooped in your first project  or in worst case, you will get fired will be stuck on some kind of legal binding ( this will not be a big deal)

 ya! about getting a job -- they make things lot easier.. but i cant understand the legal obligation to be attached to them in the future provided that you dont get fired during the first project.. also, there are way too many of them! how to know who can get you the best job? hope someone knows...

Google ma 1 search hane pachi ta sabai le dekhi hale ni. yesto kura ma ali bichar puryau sathi ho.. yesai ma hami sabai ko kalyan cha. ma ta dherai jaso faida nai dekhchu.. Yedi timi lai halka knowledge cha ra ali kati mehnat garna sakchau vane, after second project.. you are all set. H1 vaye pachi timi afai around $80k ko job khojna sakchau. But 1st & second are very tough and you need to have capability and confidence to fight through it. Maile computer OS ramro sanga install garna naaune manche pani successfully tikeko dekheko chu.
