I was in the US in J1 (with 2 year residency requirement) before and now on f1. Want to apply for waiver based on No Objection Statement. Is there anybody who can share/guide me on how to go through it? What can possibly be the statement of reason in the J1 waiver application? Hope to hear from experienced folks.
