[if you haven't sent one, then please do make effort to send suggestion.]  Subject: Warm Greetings and my 1 Rs. worth suggestion Dear,   Prime Minister,  Dr. Baburam Bhattrai   Although you are responsible for the bloodshed of 1000's of Nepalese friends in the past, I am still a great fan of yours and hope to remain the same.   Why my suggestion worth Rs. 1 ?      I am a middle class Nepali Citizen, son of a Bhaktapur Farmer, "Jyaapu", currently residing in United States - MS degree holder in computer science, working in no. 1 software company of the world,  for past 3 years as full time employee, have seen and observed some portion of harsh life.   My humble suggestions: Please do more homework, not sufficient at present rate ? You have the power to organize numerous special groups to do special task. [ Create and Direct not just 100 special groups but 1,000 and if possible 10,000 special groups, leadership depending upon education and experience. Your 1 phone call can make this happen and you have the power]. Did not see strong movement addressing immediate support to citizens - [ Infrastructure is the foundation for any country and we have so much to do in Nepal. Assign and Direct all the jobless youths, including Maoist Army and Nepal Army to construct the infrastructure. My first choice would be to construct road and open immediate jobs for all jobless] Never under-estimate colleagues/opposition. Make effort to keep your enemy close so that you know what they can/will do ?   Once you gain control of above, then the delay in constitution will be itself resolved. Sometime, solutions are hidden outside the boundary vision.   Thank you,
