First of all,  'Bastard on the Couch' is a book. It's a sort of analysis of this creature called 'men'. After reading the book, someone might have added that extra two words to suit the theme of a book not implying himself as such. Oftentimes, when we are impressed by stuffs that we adore and glorify, it's a human nature that we happen to idolize it in one way or another. Now, the way how someone construed it in totally unexpected way, it's baffling. That could be simply modified title of the book someone might have thought of.  Second of all, it's not polite to judge someone's present by what he's written on his twitter may be 5 years ago. Jumping on a quick decision without a second thought has never been productive till this date. History says so. Third of all, someone would still love to send message to the one:
