I agree with Mercynova, and do not suggest to put up on Craiglist. I have a bitter experience. I sublet my apartmenet while I had to move early to my current home. The new tenant did not pay the last month rent. She left apartment in such a mess, I had to hire cleaning company to clean before I handed the key to its rental office. Bathroom, kitchen, all mess.
