It is a pleasure to announce that distinguished writers Rahulvai and Confused_soul have been recognized for the Writers Appreciation Month.

Rahulvai has been an excellent presence in sajha for over 8 years and he has generously shared many of his creations with the sajha visitors. He has a large fan base in and out of sajha both active and passive readers included. Many thanks to Rahulvai for all his contributions to sajha.

Confused_soul is relatively newer but has shown amazing skills in writing and entertaining as well as being a contributor to sajha discussions since 2009. Many thanks and congratulations to Confused_Soul for sharing time and effort in sajha.

Each writer will be individually contacted to forward gift certificate of $100 each from Amazon.com.

I still wish Behoove_me would have been somewhere on the winner list as well. Really enjoyed reading his piece.

Thank you for all the votes. We certainly didn't deserve it, but we figured we could use the prize money for something that could help other people. We emailed San today and asked him to donate the prize money  to HelpNepal, the largest charitable network of Nepalis, on behalf of sajha.com. We all can take pride in this contribution since we all contributed to it one way or the other. Although it isn't that big of an amount, we hope it will help someone someday. 

Our gratitude to San dai for this initiative and his contributions towards sajha.com in general.

सानदाइको सत्प्रयास वास्तवमै सर्हानिय छ , तर साझा साँच्चिकै एउटा सानो नेपाल हो.... नेपालमा जस्तै यहाँ पनि हरेक विचारधाराका मान्छेहरु भेटिन्छन् र हरेक दाउपेच रचिन्छन् ..

 लु है बधाई को धाप ठोक्न आए म नि....बधाई है ठुल्दाई अनि दोधारे_आत्मा(confused_soul)..... अरु कथा जस्तै फुच्चे साथीको, सोम दाइ को, बिहोवे साथीको , यानी को , वासु जी को अनि अरु पनि सप्पै राम्रा थिए .. कृपया अझै कथा अनि साहित्यिक खुराक पस्किदै गर्नुस ल येही अनुरोध हजुरहरुलाइ ......

ठुल्दाई ले भनेको जस्तै जित हार त जिन्दगि को रित हो ..... तर साहित्यमा न जित हुन्छ न हार..... यहाँ कथाकार/साहित्यकार ले मन बह  भाव लाइ कलम ले पाठकको मुटु मस्तिस्कमा कोरेर छाप छोडछन् , मेरो व्यक्तिगत बिचारमा .....

I wish you could have written your story in Devnaagari. The fact that I found it utterly hard to read such lengthy story -- few lines aside -- in Roman Hindi-Bhojpuri-Nepali meant that I did not read it. Therefore, I could not -- and I did not -- vote for you. But now that I can see your generous heart to donate your winnings to a charity, I truly wish you could have won the entire sum by yourself, so that all of the prize money could have gone to charity.

Afterall, this was not a Madan Puraskaar or the Nobel, for us to have been serious about literary quality of the competition. It was all about light fun, jests, and pranks. In the end, what has really mattered to me is that I salute your magnanimity, my friend! Glory be thy!
