I can still hear your whisper you did on the phone,
You shed down the tears saying you're traveling all alone
That night I cried but the tears wanted more,
Tearing one part of my heart, now you're gone
The invitation came on my door shifting emotions to divide,
I'm dressed up in a suit and tonight you're becoming someones bride
I can see the road that we've walked together,
I can remember the day making our plans for forever
The taxi driver yelled, I was walking on the middle of the road,
I can see the sunshine but my world's so cold.
When I wake up in the morning there wont be any missed calls,
And at the time of sleeping there wont be any goodnight kiss so in the morning that recalls.
This sorrow heart wont be able to find another way,
I am smiling tonight but it wont last for another day
Since you've been gone I can see the clouds so dark,
I know I was weak, now you've got your own star
The footsteps felt so real when you walked into my life,
The knocking on my door is silent, I wish everything was a lie,
The tears which I cried with my head hung down,
The chuckles wont crawl back in and I guess I am the clown
But here is the truth, I've to live with it,
My heart is running but my life stuck underneath
When I get drunk and come home late, you wont be there to scold,
When I fall in grief, you wont be there beside me with your arms to hold
I guess this is the life and this is the goodbye,
I saw you in a wedding dress and smiled for the last time
I hope you will forgive me for the wrong I did,
Our life clearly wiped out like the sand on the beach
I wont shed a tear but I'll always pray for you,
Even if you're gone, I'll be in your heart close to you
Now, here comes the first night while I'm staring at the mirror,
Her image reflected on the glass, poking me to hold her,
Now, here comes the memory while I'm staring at my smile,
I'll write another love song and pretend for a while
Before I sleep, I'll read again her texts,
And at the time of dream, I'll hold my soul to rest
Now that you're gone becoming the bride,
I'll smile on the day and wish you every goodnight..
