I am currently in OPT (F1). I applied TPS last year for TPS status only but not for EAD since i already had OPT EAD. Finally my TPS was approved but they send me both approval letter and TPS EAD. I do not know why. I did submit both forms i821 and i765 but i only paid for i821. Has anyone else experienced similar situation. What should i do in this situation. Either contact USCIS and return the EAD card or just throw away the TPS EAD.

Just keep it. Why to throw away? After your OPT ends may be you can use that TpS ead for work. Tps lets you work even after your OPT expire.

You're lucky. You saved some money (approx $380).
