Hi Sajha mitras,

I have a question regarding renewing EAD as it expires in another 3 and half month. I had a green card interview recently(marriage based) but the IO didnt make a decision on the spot(they are not required to make decision on the spot). It could take a month to who knows how long? I want to be able to work in the meantime. I just want to know what documents should be submitted for renewal. Do I just need to submit photographs along with I-765 application , and all the I-797c notifications? I googled and couldnt find clear answer. This is renewal not an initial application so am bit confused. I would hate to send entire document again..:(

Thanks and have a a great weekend

Wat do you mean by sending entire documents again?
For i765 renewal, all you need is copies of your i485 receipt notice and current EAD card. Of course the PP photos too. It's all clearly mentioned in i765 instructions.
