Hello Sajha Friends,

My mom's TPS renewal is approved on 8/5/18. Advanced Parole form is not applied.
She has her B1 visa valid through 3/10/2019.

She traveled to nepal last year for Dashain with AP doc and she got AP stamped at POE till 10/28/2018 on passport. But due to family emergency she had to travel to nepal again on 7/17/18 before TPS was even approved and she is returning back on 9/10/18.

Now, my question or concern is what shall she do at POE.

Should she just use B1 visa and get 6 months stay stamp date? OR
Should she use approved TPS doc with AP stamped date on her passport to stay until end of TPS June of 2019? Is it even feasible?

Please advice which option to use to enter next month.

Jay Nepal
