It seems sajha has answer for everything so here's my dilemma. I need to deploy IP Telephony on multi office (countries) environment. I have done search on it and leaning towards either Avaya or Cisco. I would love to hear if any of you have experience in this regard.

I want to know more about those 2 systems and it's pros and cons. Currently our internetworking system is all Cisco. If any of you are on sales dept of those 2 companies, please feel free to email me. I have a business for you.
