In my knowledge, parents can claim for their children of age under 21 only. Consult w/ lawyers.

Yes it is.... Getting a greencard thru your parents is a long process. It can take upto 10-12 years but you can get work permit within 6 months . A friend of mine just did that and she is around 25-26.

if your folks are a permanent resident , then they sure can sponsor you, as long as you're not married, but it will take forever.

your option - you might wanna explore Green card thru employemnent, EB2-3, or H1, or wait till your parents become a US citizen.

I think you fall under F2B category in immigration status if you file it today. which has a long waiting period (depending on the volume of petitioners in the region). If you are in the Us and maintaining your status, you can file it to change your status. but you have to maintain your status till it changes.
Good thing doing so is your application will be in the line as green card holder parents sponsoring an un married child above 21 and the countdown starts from the day you filed the petition. by the time when your parents becomes US citizen they can reopen the same file but the process will be little shorter since you have been waiting already.

This is what i know. please do not quote on me.

Please go ahead and have your dad or mum file I130 and get it approved first. It takes a long time thru GC, but if your dad and mum becomes US citizen then your case will be expedited.
